Receiving Candidate Feedback

This article explains how to access feedback when a candidate has been rejected by a client, and how to follow up if needed.

How feedback works

When a client rejects a candidate, they add a reason for the rejection. You will receive an email notification about this, as long as you have the relevant notification turned on in your settings.

Accessing feedback

  1. Go to your Candidates overview.

  2. Click the candidate's name to open their profile.

  3. Click the History tab.

  4. Click the Feedback button to view the reason for rejection.

Following up with a client

If you need more information about the rejection reason, use the agency chat to reach out to the client directly.

Managing notification settings

To make sure you receive email notifications about candidate feedback:

  1. Click your initials or profile picture in the bottom-left of the platform.

  2. Click Notification settings.

  3. Select or deselect your preferred notification types.
