Viewing scheduled interviews
When a client schedules an interview, you will see this directly on the candidate card in your Candidates overview.
Go to Candidates in the left navigation menu.
Select the In Process tab.
Find the relevant candidate card. If an interview has been scheduled, the card will show:
The interview type (e.g. Interview: Video Interview)
The scheduled date and time (e.g. Interview: Apr 10, 17:00)
No action is needed on your end to confirm the time — the client has already set this from their side.
Checking candidate history
To review the full timeline of a candidate's process:
Click the candidate's name to open their profile.
Click History to view:

Status changes
Requesting a change of interview time/confirming the interview time
If a candidate is unavailable at the scheduled time or a change is needed for any other reason, communicate this through the agency chat.
Go to Inbox.
Select the relevant client.
Open the candidate-specific chat.
Send a message to the client explaining the situation and propose alternative time slots.
Tip: When requesting a change, confirm the candidate's availability first and provide at least two or three alternative options.
