This article explains how to submit a candidate to a client through HirePort's structured submission form, ensuring your proposal is complete, professional, and free of duplicates.

Step 1: Access the job
Go to your dashboard.
Click the relevant open position.
Click Appoint a candidate.
Prefer to start from the candidate? You can also go to the Candidates overview, click + to create the candidate profile first, and link them to a job later. In that case, skip the steps above and instead click Propose to job from within the candidate profile to select the relevant position.


Step 2: Create a candidate profile
Click Create new candidate.
Tip: You can also bulk upload multiple candidates at once using CV files (PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT) or a CSV file. CSV templates are available to download — a basic template (required fields only) and a complete template (all available fields). Use the Upload Multiple Files button or drag and drop files directly onto the screen.
Complete the candidate profile using the sections below.

LinkedIn profile link
CV upload (max file size: 2MB)
Lives in (city)
Domain
Seniority
Specialisations
Current Job
Current role
Current company
Compensation (preset values you can adjust per role when proposing)
Currency

Does the candidate need a: Phone, Laptop
Current contract type
Additional info (private notes — not visible to clients)


Step 3: Submit your candidate proposal
Click Propose to Job.
Complete the required fields:
Candidate introduction
Match explanation
Candidate's motivation
Additional comments
Confirmed salary expectations
Review the information and check the confirmation box.
Click Propose candidate.
