Reviewing agency candidates

1. Access candidate profiles

  1. Navigate to Jobs

  2. Select the relevant position

  3. Click on candidates marked with tags 'Agency'

2. Review candidate information

  1. Check "Notes" section for:

    • Agency introduction

    • Salary package details

    • Secondary employment conditions

    • Candidate motivation

    • Agency's match explanation

  2. Review Documents:

    • Click "Resume" to view CV

    • Check any additional attachments

Moving candidates forward

Progress steps

  1. Review candidate details

  2. Click 'move forward' button (or the drop down menu next to it)

  3. Select appropriate next stage:

    • Interview

    • Assessment

    • Offer

    • Hire

Status updates

  • Agencies automatically receive updates when candidates move stages

Interview scheduling

  1. Select "Interview" stage

  3. Coordinate timing through chat function

  4. Schedule interview through the normal SmartRecruiters process (on the candidate profile under interviews > schedule > fill in details).

  5. Submit schedule

  6. Agency receives notification
