How do I log in to my account?

The advanced Agency Portal is seamlessly integrated into your ATS platform, providing a white-labeled experience for all users.

For SmartRecruiters users:

  1. Log in to your ATS platform as usual

  2. Navigate to the "Settings" and go to "Agency Hiring" section

  3. Click on one of the tabs under "Agency Hiring"

  4. The Advanced Agency Portal interface will automatically load within your ATS

  5. No separate login credentials are required

Note: If you're unable to access the Advanced Agency Portal, please:

  • Verify that you have the correct permissions in your ATS

  • Contact your ATS administrator to ensure your account has been properly configured

  • Check if your browser meets the minimum requirements (latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

  • Make sure the integration is enabled via this article.
