Can I attach files in the chat?

Yes! You can now upload and share documents directly in the HirePort chat function.

Supported file types

You can attach the following file types in chat conversations:

  • Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX

  • Spreadsheets: XLS, XLSX

  • Images: JPG, PNG, GIF

How to upload files

  1. Open a chat conversation with an agency

  2. Click the attachment icon (📎) in the message compose area

  3. Select the file(s) you want to upload from your device

  4. Add a message to provide context (optional but recommended)

  5. Click Send to share the file with your chat recipient
