Who can see my messages?

Depending on the settings your client installed, chat visibility in HirePort is limited to:

  1. Company representatives working on the position or selected users at the client

  2. Your agency team members

  3. HirePort administrators (if necessary for support)

Privacy & Security:

  • Messages are only visible to authorized users

  • All communication is documented and stored securely

  • HirePort admins can access chats only when required for support
