Who can see my messages?

Depending on the settings your client installed, chat visibility in HirePort is limited to:
Company representatives working on the position or selected users at the client
Your agency team members
HirePort administrators (if necessary for support)
Privacy & Security:
Messages are only visible to authorized users
All communication is documented and stored securely
HirePort admins can access chats only when required for support
