If you work with a large number of recruitment agencies, we’ve got you covered! Even if some features aren’t fully self-serve yet.

Bulk Uploading Agencies

When you’re working with 30+ agencies, our support team can help you get set up faster by bulk uploading your agencies for you.

To request a bulk upload, email support@hireport.io with:

• A list of agency names

• Associated points of contact

• The contract you’d like to use (uploaded in your Master Contract)

• The agreement(s) you’d like to apply to these agencies

Our team will take care of the setup so you don’t have to add agencies one by one.

Bulk uploads are currently handled by our support team and are available on request for large agency networks.

Grouping Points of Contact Under One Agency

Many customers work with the same recruitment agency across multiple countries or teams, each with different points of contact.

We’re introducing the ability to:

• Group multiple points of contact under one agency name

• Keep everything organized within a single agency record

This feature is planned and coming soon, but isn’t available in the product just yet.
