How can I see if an agency has read my message?

Since message read status isn't currently visible in the Advanced Agency Portal, here are best practices for effective communication:

Include deadlines for response
Specify any required actions
Mark time-sensitive items as "URGENT"
Follow up proactively:
Allow reasonable response time (24-48 hours for standard messages)
Send a follow-up message if no response received
Use alternative contact methods for truly urgent matters
Document your communications:
Keep messages clear and concise
One topic per message when possible
Include all relevant details in initial message
Note: The system does not currently support push notifications, but agencies receive an email as soon as they receive your message.
