Yes, you can send broadcast messages to multiple agencies simultaneously using the broadcast message feature.

Sending broadcast messages (to agencies working on a specific job):

  1. Click Jobs in the navigation bar

  2. Open the specific job you want to send a message about

  3. Click on assign agencies

  4. Click on broadcast message

  6. Click on send now
