Job Assignments Tab

Settings > Agency Management > Job Assignments

The new Job Assignments tab displays all assignments in a list format with columns for agency user, current job, type, location, status, and assignment date. Users can sort by any column, filter using the sidebar by status/agency/job title, and export data.

List View in Agency Management

Settings > Agency Management

The Agency Management screen now features a list view with columns for agency, relationship, date added, contract, contract type, and number of candidates introduced. Users can toggle between Agency Lists and Individual Agencies views, perform bulk operations, and apply sidebar filters.

Smarter Duplicate Candidate Prevention

Settings > Agency Portal Settings > Duplicate candidate prevention

The "Check ATS for existing candidates" setting now searches the entire SmartRecruiters candidate database for matching email addresses during candidate introduction, preventing duplicates regardless of entry method.

  • Broader duplicate protection that covers your whole SmartRecruiters candidate database, not just agency-introduced candidates

  • Fewer duplicate introductions

Refreshed HirePort Interface

Agencies now have extensive filter options in their candidate overview, making it easier to narrow down candidates without having to scroll through the full list.
