How do I log in to my account?

The AgencyHub is seamlessly integrated into your ATS platform, providing a white-labeled experience for all users.

For Recruitee users:

  1. Log in to your ATS platform as usual

  2. Navigate to the AgencyHub icon in the left sidebar

  3. The AgencyHub will automatically load within your ATS

  4. No separate login credentials are required

Note: If you're unable to access the AgencyHub, please:

  • Verify that you have the correct permissions in your ATS

  • Contact your ATS administrator to ensure your account has been properly configured

  • Check if your browser meets the minimum requirements (latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

  • Make sure the integration is enabled via Article: first-time enablement.
