Reviewing agency candidates

1. Access candidate profiles

  1. Navigate to Jobs

  2. Select the relevant position

  3. Identify agency candidates & open candidate profile

2. Review candidate information

  1. Check "Notes" section for:

    • Agency introduction

    • Salary package details

    • Secondary employment conditions

    • Agency's match explanation

  2. Review Documents:

    • Scroll down to view CV

    • Check any additional attachments under files tab

Progress steps

  1. Review candidate details

  2. Click Proceed (or the drop down menu above it)

  3. Select appropriate next stage

  • Agencies automatically receive updates when candidates move stages

Interview scheduling

  1. Select an interview stage

  2. Agency automatically receives notification

  3. Coordinate timing through chat function

  4. Schedule interview through the regular process in Recruitee (via schedule event button)
