How to publish a job (to agencies)? How to add agencies to a job?

Quick steps

  1. Access Jobs section

  2. Select your job

  3. Click on "Add External Agencies"

  4. Choose agencies

  5. Confirm publication

Accessing the 'Add external agency' page

  1. Navigate to your Jobs dashboard

  2. Select the specific job you want to publish

  3. Click Add external agency

  1. Review available agencies list

  2. Check boxes next to desired agencies

  3. Click Confirm my selection

  4. Selected agencies instantly see the job in their hub and receive an email notification

  • Click "View: Agency job" to preview agency view
