Can agencies start submitting candidates immediately after accepting the invitation? How do I share jobs with agencies?

Yes, once agencies accept the invitation and complete their registration, they can immediately begin submitting candidates for your open positions you connected them to.

Here's how to connect them to jobs/share jobs with agencies:

Share jobs with the agency:

  1. Go to your "Jobs" section

  2. Select the relevant job

  3. Click "Add External Agency"

  4. Check the box next to the agency's name

  5. Click "Confirm my selection"

Verify job visibility:

  1. Click "View: Agency job" to see how the job appears to agencies

  2. Ensure all necessary information is visible

  3. Use "Edit" if you need to modify any details

Once these steps are completed, the agency can see start submitting candidates through their the Advanced Agency Portal portal immediately.
